A fellow/host organization may be terminated by the programme at any time in accordance with the terms specified in the NJFP regulations and rules. A recommendation to the independent review panel for the delisting of a fellow or a Host organization shall be accompanied by a full report of the consideration that has prompted it.
On receipt of the recommendation, the independent panel will decide at its discretion whether the fellow or the Host organization shall be terminated forthwith in accordance with the terms of the Jubilee Fellows programme or whether the fellow/Host organization should be offered an opportunity to submit any formal representation if he/she/they wish before a final decision is taken.
