Performance of Fellow

Fellows shall be evaluated for their efficiency, competence and integrity through performance appraisal mechanisms of the programme and of the if available in the host organization. This performance appraisal shall assess the fellow’s compliance with the standards set out in the NJFP  Regulations and Rules for purposes of accountability.
