- The duties of the fellow engaged shall include the usual duties of the Host organization to which he/she has been placed and any other duties which the Host organization may call upon him/her to perform.
- The host organization is required to provide a conducive environment, and optimum working tools for the fellow(s) during the period of placement.
- The fellow will conform to the Rules and regulations of the Host organization.
- Fellows shall use the property and assets of the Organization only for official purposes and shall exercise reasonable care when utilizing such property and assets
- Fellows/Host organizations must respond fully to requests for information from programme team of the NJFP authorized to investigate the possible misuse of funds, waste or abuse
- NJFP to make sure that stipends of fellows are disbursed as at when due to the fellows
- NJFP to provide facilitated learning and upskilling of fellows on the programme
