Specific actions for relisting fellows

For recommendations involving relisting fellows, the following conditions are to be followed through: 

The emails of the affected fellows will be provisioned on the NJFP sub-domain , and a link will be shared only with the affected fellows to resubmit the following: 

• An updated resume/CV 

• Valid means of identification 

• NYSC certificates 

• University certificates 

• Fellows will indicate the date, they received the delisting mail  

• On the same link, the fellows will need to respond to the inquiry form to: 

• Give a summary of experience with delisted HOs (this will provide insights into allegations of fraud) 

• Give reasons why they should be relisted into the NJFP program 

• The fellows will be required to meet with the State focal point for physical/virtual interactions. 

Please also note that the relisted fellows will be placed on the “REMATCH” list and will be paired on the availability of credible host organizations within their locality
