WHAT IS THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR FELLOWS?
Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme
Last Update 5 bulan yang lalu
- Eligibility criteria for prospective fellows are developed and available on the ‘Eligibility criteria’ page of this website.
- Prospective fellows submit applications electronically. Applications submitted through other mediums will not be considered.
- Applications will be open for 2 weeks, with clearly stated start and closing dates.
- Only applicants who meet eligibility criteria will proceed to the next stage.
- Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will undergo computer-based aptitude tests and assessments
- Applicants who score above 70% will proceed to the next stage and asked to make video submissions
- An independent committee will review all submissions and produce a long list.
- Long-listed candidates undergo Psychometric tests and assessments before final selection.
- Only applicants who complete the Psychometric Tests stand a chance to be selected into the NJFP Talent Pool as Prequalified Candidates.
- Given the expected high volume of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted.
- Selection into the NJFP Talent Pool is on a rolling basis.
- Note that selection into the talent pool makes you a Prequalified Candidate not an NJFP Fellow and this does not guarantee you a placement. You become an NJFP Fellow when you have been matched with a host organization and onboarded into the programme.
