My exam page buttons (Take Exam, Mock Test) did not appear. Why?

Possible reasons:
- You are not yet verified
- Not within your scheduled window
- SEB not installed properly
- Token generation failed
- Cache/browser issues
- Timezone error (Check Laptop time and dates. Should be on WAT +1)
- Refresh browser
- Clear cache
- Restart laptop
- Log in exactly at scheduled time
