I am getting “Failed to generate login token”. Why?

This happens when:
  1. System cannot generate authentication token
  2. High server traffic
  3. Not yet your exam time
  4. SEB not properly installed
  5. Browser/device issues
  6. Network instability
Fix:
  1. Log out
  2. Restart laptop
  3. Ensure SEB is installed correctly or not Compactable
  4. Use strong stable network
  5. Log in exactly at scheduled time
If the issue continues and your time passes → Your exam will be rescheduled.
