Are individuals who were enlisted in the first phase in 2021 but later disengaged due to partial employment eligible to reapply?

Unfortunately, individuals who were previously enrolled in NJFP and disengaged due to employment status are not eligible to reapply. NJFP 2.0 is intended for first-time participants who are not currently employed or engaged in any enterprise, in line with the programme’s commitment to supporting youth at the beginning of their professional journey.
